Using an online store
4DBalance for specialized design activities (owner of Jopagu brand), will deliver the ordered goods to you no later than 20 working days from receipt of the order or after payment within an offline payment method. It is also possible to make an urgent order within 7 days, for which you must pre-register via the contact form, and we will try to respond within 24 hours. If the delivery time is extended, you will be notified by e-mail. If we do not currently have the ordered goods in stock, we will inform you by e-mail or telephone.
Most of our products are personalized and are made at the request of the customer. We process all your requests and send them to production as soon as possible. 4DBalance for specialized design activities (owner of Jopagu brand), does not take responsibility for possible consequences due to the use of information in the online store. 4DBalance for specialized design activities (owner of Jopagu brand) reserves the right to change the content of the Internet store at any time without prior notice and does not assume responsibility for the possible consequences of these changes.
